Sports fans were not too pleased to see Ronda Rousey's big return to mixed martial arts last just 17 seconds - some stayed up into the early hours of the morning to watch the show overseas.
Jake Paul's first-ever MMA event with Most Valuable Promotions went ahead on Saturday, with Rousey headlining the card as she faced Gina Carano in the main event. Carano had not fought in over 15 years, after turning to acting while starring in Star Wars and Deadpool in recent years.
Elsewhere on the card, Francis Ngannou had just his second MMA fight since leaving the UFC over four years ago - securing a first-round knockout win.

The USPGA had dominated the headlines with Aaron Rai coming from nowhere to win the title, while Denny Hamlin won in the NASCAR Cup Series Championship.
Incredibly, Hamlin will be giving his earnings away after winning $1 million in the All-Star race.

Netflix held its first-ever MMA event this past weekend, with Jake Paul's Most Valuable Promotions bringing a card headlined by Rousey fighting Carano. That fight ended in just 17 seconds, while Ngannou looked too good for his opponent in another first-round finish.
Fans were not too happy with the bouts, as one fan commented: "I STAYED UP UNTIL MIDNIGHT TO SEE ROUSEY ARMBAR CARANO IN LESS THAN 30 SECONDS? RIPOFF!!!! WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK."
While another said: "The whole main card was a money grab. Netflix MMA is a joke after one event."
Denny Hamlin gives away $1m of his winnings
Hamlin has revealed he will be giving all of his $1 million winnings from NASCAR's All-Star race to his mom, after securing his second victory of the season.
The 45-year-old won without controversy at the Dover International Speedway, while hoping to compete for a title after brutally missing out last season.
But when speaking on his win, he made fans smile with his words on what he'd be doing with his prize money. When asked, he said: "Probably give it to mama."
