Natalie Zacek and Joshua Downey have revealed the sex of their baby
They shared the big news on TikTok on Feb. 1
The influencer couple announced on Dec. 12 that they are expecting their first child together
Natalie Zacek and Joshua Downey are preparing to welcome a new member to their family.
In a sweet video shared on TikTok on Sunday, Feb. 1, the influencer couple revealed the sex of their baby-on-the-way.
Zacek explained in the clip that the married couple had purchased both blue and pink flowers, and were prepared to plant whichever color matched the sex of their baby in a window box after reading the news from their doctor.
"This was Josh's idea because he's always surprising me with flowers and doing beautiful things in our flower box," the soon-to-be mom shared.
"This is gonna be perfect," Downey added.
After the pair opened their results from Zacek's phone, they smiled and laughed before the video turned black and white, preventing viewers from seeing the sex just yet.
"That is crazy," Downey said, as Zacek added, "I'm so shocked."
After planting the flowers, the couple posed together in their backyard with a sign that read: "It's a boy!"
"The miracle we prayed for," Zacek added in the caption, as fans expressed their excitement in the comments.

"So excited for yall, this is so perfect," one commenter wrote, as another chimed in, "This is the cutest idea ever!! Congratulations Nat & Josh, so happy for you guys."

The influencers announced that they are expecting their first baby together in a social media post on Dec. 12. A series of photos showed the two smiling together on a beach as Zacek held up a strip of sonogram images.
"Our most exciting chapter yet🤍 an answered prayer for our growing family," they wrote in the caption.
In a TikTok video that showed behind-the-scenes clips from the beach photo shoot, Zacek wrote that she and Downey were "SO excited to be growing our family🥹🤍."
"This is such an answered prayer, and we couldn’t be more grateful to be becoming parents," she added.

Zacek and Downey tied the knot in April 2021 in North Carolina. After the big day, the two shared a video of their wedding on YouTube.
"Welcome to the absolute best day of my life," Zacek wrote in a July 2021 Instagram post. "From the morning waking up with my best friends, getting ready making TikToks (heheh), praying with my dad before, crying through our vows, saying I do, & dancing the night away with my husband, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day filled with love🥺."
