Pete Davidson's ex-girlfriend Elsie Hewitt is in search of a nanny days after the couple called it quits.

After news broke last week that the the comedian and model had broke up five months after welcoming baby girl Scottie, Hewitt posted on her Instagram Stories that she's seeking help. "I'm currently trying to find an assistant / mother's helper / nanny type / basically [a] right hand person," she wrote on Saturday.

"Apply here if qualified and serious. Only looking @ responses with resumes. ($ of course)."**

This update coincided with the model claims that she was parenting on her own in a TikTok video. "Yeah, yeah, I know. I'm exhausted, okay?" Hewitt said of her appearance in pictures published by TMZ of her pushing a stroller wearing a giant sweatshirt. "After I left the house looking like it yesterday, I should've known that was gonna happen. But that's not what I'm thinking about right now."

Hewitt said that she has "a baby to take care of, and I also have to work and make money," and that the photographs aren't her main concern. She added that she was "doing it on my own, which is hard."**

A source close to Davidson previously responded to Hewitt's claims about parenting on her own, telling **, "Pete has paid all expenses related to Scottie and also has covered health fees, apartment, health insurance, etc... And he has been available, accessible, and around consistently to be able to take care of Scottie."**

The source added that the model's comments are "confusing and concerning," and maintained that they are "objectively and obviously not accurate."

"Pete cares about her health and success. Obviously, Scottie's health and safety is most important," concluded the source.

On Friday, PEOPLE reported that Davidson and Hewitt called it quits five months after welcoming Scottie in December. “Pete and Elsie are working on things,” a source told PEOPLE at the time. “They want one another to succeed and be happy.”

“There have been points where they've split and have gotten back together,” the sourced said, adding that it was unclear if they would reconcile this time.

The former couple went public with their relationship in March 2025. They announced they were expecting their first child together in July. "Our perfect angel girl arrived 12/12/2025," Hewitt wrote on Instagram after welcoming Scottie. "My best work yet, i am absolutely overflowing with love and gratitude and disbelief."**
