Paris Jackson recently underwent an ultrasound after fans said her neck looked "f---ing weird."

The 28-year-old singer said recent bloodwork appeared normal and her neck's appearance comes "from singing for so long."

Jackson is set to perform at the 2026 BottleRock Napa Valley in Napa, Calif.

Paris Jackson is giving fans a health update after they raised concerns over her appearance.

According to PEOPLE, the 28-year-old took to her Instagram on Saturday to let her audience know she was getting an ultrasound after users online "pointed out how weird" her neck had looked in a recent post.

“A bunch of people pointed out that my neck looks f---ing weird in the last video that I posted," Jackson said in a video shared to her Instagram stories. "So I’m, like, freaking out. Like, ‘Oh, that is weird, crazy.’ I have someone come to my rehearsal studio and do an ultrasound on my throat."

The "Low Key in Love" singer added that recent blood work was normal, and her neck "just does weird s--- when I talk" but fan concerns over her neck had concerned her as she preps for an upcoming performance at the 2026 BottleRock Festival in Napa, Calif.

“I think this is just my neck, and y'all are freaking me out, thinking there's something wrong," she added, while sharing in a later video that she has "the slightest amount of redness on my vocal cords, but there's no calluses."

Jackson explained that her neck might appear "weird" due to her having "exercised those muscles from singing for so long, and that just happens with singers" adding that the neck strain is more apparent because she is "skinny."

The daughter of Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe recently landed a major win in her ongoing legal battle against the executors of her father's estate, whom she has accused of making unauthorized payments to attorneys.

On May 11, a ruling forbid executors from making bonus payments to attorneys "without the written consent of all beneficiaries or an order of the referee/court," per court documents obtained by Entertainment Weekly.

"Paris has always been focused on what's best for her family and this ruling is a massive win for them. After years of delay, the Jackson family will finally get the transparency and accountability measures Paris has fought for," a spokesperson Paris shared in a statement. "The Jackson Estate is supposed to be a prudent, fiscally responsible entity that supports the Jackson family — not a slush fund to help John Branca live out his Hollywood mogul fantasies. After months of engaging in sexist, scorched-earth tactics against a beneficiary, it's time for John Branca to acknowledge his many missteps and act in the best interest of the family he has a fiduciary duty to protect."
