Nabela Noor is bringing her hosting talents to even bigger screens.

The lifestyle content creator's brand new show, Hosted By Nabela Noor, premiered on Monday, May 20, streaming exclusively on Tubi. Noor, 34, invites viewers into her home, garden and family in an unprecedented way, leaning even further into the ethos of her viral Pockets of Peace social media series.

The entrepreneur tells PEOPLE that she intends to give her audience "tangible tools" that they can bring into their lives and routine to make even the most typical of days all the more memorable.

"I think so often we reserve the good China for special occasions. We reserve the pretty dress for a special occasion. This show is kind of encouraging you to romanticize your everyday and to make everything a little bit more special than you normally would," says Noor. "We have more small moments than we do big moments that we're waiting for. So make those small moments a little bit more special."

A longer-form series feels like the natural next step for Noor, whose audience has been begging for her to bring her charm to another platform for quite a while now. As organic as it feels, her show is breaking completely new ground, marking a massive milestone for the television world at large. Noor is the first Bangladeshi-American in U.S. television history to host her own lifestyle series for any major streamer or network.

Her millions of social media followers know Noor to be a lifelong admirer of hosting personalities like Martha Stewart and Ina Garten. However, as much as she enjoyed watching their shows and others like them, Noor notes that the content didn't always feel so accessible to her. When she was growing up, the televised lifestyle world was "predominantly a very white-dominated space," Noor says.

"I never felt like I could aspire to have a life like that. It didn't necessarily feel so accessible to me," she explains, pointing out that now, those tuning into Hosted By Nabela Noor are likely to see a scene focused on Noor making a meal with her mom, who wears a hijab.

"I didn't see that growing up ... There was nothing like that," the design authority reflects. "This [show] is exciting for me because hopefully, by it existing, it'll make opportunities for even more to come."

She is excited to show up in the series as her most authentic self. "Sharing this part of my life means owning the fact that it's not going to look exactly like somebody else's. I'm not the poster child of anything, I'm just me," says Noor.

"When you come into my home on this show, you're just seeing my experiences, my lived experiences: having a blended home, being in a multicultural relationship, having a mother who is incredibly present in our lives and who happens to wear the hijab," she continues. "I represent maybe something that isn't necessarily for everybody, but it is authentic to me."

Noor emphasizes how particularly grateful she feels to be doing it all as a "family business." Her sister is a director on the series, her brother is a videographer, and her mother is a culinary producer. The meaning of their joint effort registered even more to Noor when they all gathered at her home for an intimate premiere party, which was held at her home courtyard.

"It was just meant to be an extension of what we discussed in the show, which is that every day it's a special occasion," she says, describing the celebration. "I gathered my closest loved ones and friends and family, and I was able to cook some dishes, which was really fun, because I was filming the process as well."

Like her series, Noor made the party a family affair. She hired a custom embroiderer, who brought her own mom, and Noor's older sister provided Bangladeshi food from her catering business.

"This, to us, was the American dream," Noor tells PEOPLE. "Every day [of filming] I had goosebumps because I was like, 'This is real life right now.' I didn't grow up with wealth, I didn't grow up with this level of opportunity."

She thinks of her mom, who immigrated to the United States in 1991. "Did she ever imagine she'd be standing in a set with her daughter in her estate filming a show?" Noor reflects, adding, "I can tell you, it's a no."
