Justin Bieber bared it all on the Grammy stage, literally.

The Canadian heartthrob shocked audiences with a slow-tempo performance of his song "Yukon" in his boxers and socks. His set was stripped down with a microphone, guitar, a mirror, and other music equipment.

Bieber – who last performed his Grammy-nominated track "Peaches" at the award show in 2022– has taken a lengthy hiatus from performing, appearing on stage sparingly since revealing that he was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome.

His performance followed the best new artist medley, including Olivia Dean, Addison Rae, KATSEYE, Leon Thomas, Alex Warren, Lola Young, Sombr and The Marías.

Justin Bieber performs "Yukon" at the 2026 Grammys.

Bieber's pop and R&B record "Swag" is nominated for album of the year, a category full of other heavyhitters: Bad Bunny, Sabrina Carpenter, Clipse, Lady Gaga, Kendrick Lamar, Leon Thomas, and Tyler, The Creator.

He also received nods for best pop vocal album, best pop solo performance for "Daises," and best R&B performance for "Yukon."

"Swag," released in July, features 21 tracks with three interludes, and peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 album charts, while "Daisies" peaked at No. 2 and spent 27 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100. Bieber followed the album with "Swag II" last September.

Before the award show, Bieber and his wife, Hailey, hit the red carpet in all-black ensembles.
