- Amid the fallout from Amanda Batula and West Wilson's relationship, she filmed a scene on April 9 with her estranged husband, Kyle Cooke.

- "You were reckless and thoughtless," Cooke tells Batula.

In the weeks following news of Amanda Batula and West Wilson’s relationship bombshell, cameras did indeed pick up on the *Summer House* spinoff, *In The City. *

The series, which features Bravo stars Batula, Kyle Cooke, Lindsay Hubbard, Danielle Olivera, and their friends, finally premiered on Tuesday following the season 10 finale of *Summer House. *

Before the transition into the new show, Batula asks Cooke for some “space” to “be alone.” She adds that she is going to spend some time in a hotel, but will meet him at therapy during the week. He responds by saying he feels like he’s going to “throw up,” but agrees.

Batula then says goodbye to Cooke — and to the house, hinting it could be the end of an era for the OGs.

“I might actually lose Amanda and everything that matters to me,” an emotional Cooke tells the cameras as his four-year marriage is nearing its breaking point. “This is a glimpse into what my future could look like and it’s lonely. Is this what I want? I don’t know.”

What follows is a seamless transition following Batula into the tunnel into New York City — and a montage shows the timeline of what Bravo fans are well aware of what happens next.

In January, Cooke and Batula confirmed their separation. She subsequently said on *Watch What Happens Live* — while sitting next to BFF Ciara Miller — in February that she would be the first of the two to start dating. In March, Cooke tells Andy Cohen that he doesn’t think there is “any merit” to the speculation about Batula and Wilson, and Wilson denies it himself shortly after. Later that month, Batula and Wilson confirmed they are seeing each other.

The new coupling was a Bravo betrayal of epic proportions as Wilson and Miller dated in the past, with the twosome finally getting on good terms (and even making out) in the aforementioned *Summer House* season 10 finale. Wilson is also good friends with Cooke.  As a result, Cooke and Batula filmed a new scene on April 9.

“Have you eaten? You’re looking skinny,” Cooke tells his estranged wife on Tuesday’s premiere. “I’m worried about you.”

As they hug, she replies, “I’m worried about me too.”

Cooke then addresses watching back *Summer House*. “I look back at the summer and you look like you were done with me,” he says.

Batula calls his remark "frustrating," reiterating that she gave the relationship “everything I had” and couldn’t even imagine life without him at the time. “Which is why I got so f—-ing messy because I was so afraid that once we ended things, we would be out of each other’s lives forever and I couldn’t handle that.”

Cooke isn’t convinced and asks Batula if she was having “an emotional affair” with Wilson during the fall.

“Nothing was happening! I was so committed to you throughout the whole f—ing thing!” she exclaims. “For you to even question my faithfulness in any capacity just, like, really fucking hurts because that’s not the type of person that I am.”

Batula points out that Cookie cheated on her in the past — including claims that he made out with someone when they were married — and says she “would never do that to someone else.”

“I know you’re not a bad person. I think you were reckless and thoughtless, If I’m being honest,” he says before alluding to her relationship with Wilson again. “It just makes me so f—ing upset that someone else gets the version that I fell in love with.”

The rest of the *In The City* premiere takes place seven months earlier and will follow the group through November 2025. For more on the Batula and West scandal, fans will have to tune into the *Summer House* reunion, beginning on Tuesday, May 26, at 8 p.m. ET. *In The City* airs directly after and also streams the next day on Peacock.
