Donald Trump's "diaper nurse" has continued to accompany him to nearly every event and meeting, sparking concerns about the president's well-being.
The 80-year-old Commander-in-Chief's aide, Natalie Harp, has become one of the most recognizable and influential people in his inner circle, frequently appearing alongside him during events and public appearances. As she continues to be seen with Trump, whose marriage to Melania is at its lowest point due to a 'disturbing' reason, conspiracy theorists have speculated about their closeness as his health sparks concerns.
Trump has seemingly grown attached to the young, "ever-present" blonde. Harp was most recently spotted accompanying him to Michigan on Monday, July 27, and some have claimed she's behind his "unhinged" Truth Social posting sprees. It came after Karoline Leavitt accidentally humiliated Trump as critics asked about his 'diaper'.

Earlier on Monday, X user Aaron Rupar shared a clip of Harp exiting Marine One closely behind Trump, before the pair boarded Air Force One and traveled to Michigan. Several users commented, once again claiming Harp is Trump's "diaper nurse," a dig at his age.
The accusations of Trump wearing a diaper were lobbed when he was seen standing alongside Spain as they lifted the World Cup trophy — a moment that drew sharp criticism for appearing reluctant to step aside and allow the team to celebrate.
One person said, "I genuinely believe she’s carrying his diapers and medical supplies," as another added, "His diaper nurse goes everywhere he goes." A third claimed, "She's watching Trump like a hawk."
On Sunday, July 26, X user Molly Ploofkins shared photojournalist Matt Kaminsky's photo showing Trump returning to the White House alongside Harp. The user wrote, "Natalie Harp accompanies Trump as he returns to the White House after a second day of golf."

In the comments, one person asked, "Could Natalie Harp perhaps be a private duty nurse," as another questioned, "Is there a place where he goes that she can't accompany him?" One person joked, "She's clearly holding lots of diapers," as yet another slammed, "The diaper wrangler hard at work."

On Friday, June 24, another social media user noted that Harp wasn't far from Trump ahead of the White House Correspondents' Dinner. The user shared a clip of Harp smiling in the Oval Office as Trump interacted with reporters. They wrote, "West Wing aide Natalie Harp watches as President Trump takes questions from reporters Friday afternoon."
In the comments of that post, several slammed Harp, with one person writing, "She changes his poopy diapers , hasnt she suffered enough?" Another added, "That's the handler. The smile is to warm him." Yet another said, "The sheer glee on her face thinking about the next diaper change."
Before these sightings, Harp was seen next to the president at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware on Wednesday, July 22, for the dignified transfer of troops who were killed in Jordan and Iraq.
The aide has faced fresh scrutiny in recent weeks after explosive new claims emerged about her and Trump's bond. The latest revelations come from Regime Change: Inside the Imperial Presidency of Donald Trump, the book by New York Times reporters Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan.
The book alleges Harp left deeply personal letters for the president to discover in his private spaces. In one, she reportedly wrote, "You are all that matters to me." Meanwhile, Trump reportedly tells others that Harp, unlike his other aides, "will never leave me."

Harp allegedly attends "almost every single meeting" at the White House and essentially serves as a conduit of information to Trump outside of formal channels.
"She became ever-present," Haberman said in a recent interview. "She would join him on the golf course when he was golfing, you know, in the interregnum period even before the campaign, literally sometimes running on foot behind his golf cart."
During the 2024 campaign, Harp earned herself the nickname "the human printer" because she carried a "battery-charged portable charger" to provide the president with a "healthy supply of positive news."
However, she has become known as the "diaper nurse" after a video of Trump photobombing Spain's victory photo went viral. The video of the moment, taken and posted to X by Trump assistant Margo Martin, prompted users to lob diaper-wearing accusations at Trump while mocking Martin and Harp.
"That's his nurse: she gives him his meds & changes his diaper," one X user wrote. "Diaper nurse," another added. "I think she's grandpa's caretaker," a third quipped.
It comes after Leavitt, 28, looked unrecognizable in a 2018 throwback photo as plastic surgery rumors erupted.
